Stripe (with Oliver Pay) for WooCommerce POS
Stripe processing under the Oliver Pay umbrella — terminals, online, and the register on one account.
Powered through the Stripe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce plugin — install it on WordPress, configure under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, and Oliver picks it up at the register automatically.
How Stripe (with Oliver Pay) works with Oliver POS for WooCommerce
Oliver Pay is built on Stripe Connect. When you onboard with Oliver Pay, you get a fully managed Stripe account that covers Stripe Terminal hardware, online payments through your WooCommerce store, and the Oliver POS register — all on a single dashboard with consolidated reporting and payouts.
What "Stripe with Oliver Pay" means
Oliver Pay is the in-house payments product built on Stripe Connect. We use Stripe's rails for processing, payouts, and compliance, and add the retail-specific workflow on top — terminal fleet management, reconciliation with WooCommerce, cross-channel refunds, and consolidated reporting. The merchant-of-record is you; Stripe handles the underlying compliance.
If you already have a standalone Stripe account, you can use it directly with Oliver POS via the Stripe Checkout integration instead. Oliver Pay exists for merchants who want a single onboarding flow, one dashboard, and Oliver's support team owning the payments relationship.
What you get on day one
Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android out of the box, support for the full Stripe Terminal hardware lineup (S700, WisePOS E, WisePad 3, Reader M2), Apple Pay and Google Pay as accepted methods, and the same Stripe-grade fraud protection (Radar) on every transaction. Online and in-person payments settle into the same bank account on the same schedule.
Best fit for retailers who…
Pick Stripe with Oliver Pay if you want one place to manage everything — terminals, online checkout, the POS, reporting, payouts — and you want Oliver's team to own the support relationship for payments. Pick Stripe Checkout (standalone) instead if you already have a Stripe account, your accountant is wired into it, and you don't want to migrate.
