I already use YITH plugins on my store — does Oliver still make sense?
Yes. Oliver POS doesn't replace any of your YITH plugins — your YITH Points & Rewards, YITH Gift Cards, YITH Subscriptions, and anything else keep running on the WooCommerce site exactly as before. Oliver reads from the same WooCommerce database, so points, gift cards, and subscriptions all show up at the register.
Can I migrate from YITH POS to Oliver?
Yes, and the migration is straightforward because both plugins read from the same WooCommerce data. Deactivate YITH POS, install Oliver POS, point your hardware at the new register. Your WooCommerce products, customers, and orders are untouched.
What hardware works with Oliver that doesn't work with YITH POS?
Star Micronics receipt printers (Bluetooth and LAN), Honeywell and Zebra barcode scanners, cash drawers, customer-facing displays, and Stripe Terminal devices (S700, WisePOS E, WisePad 3, Reader M2). Oliver tests these devices in our QA lab — YITH POS supports a narrower set and relies on browser printing for most use cases.

YITH POS is sold as a per-site YITH plugin license. Oliver starts at $49/year for the same single-site scope, with a free tier you can keep on indefinitely for a single-outlet, low-volume shop.
