Så här fungerar Oliver Expert-programmet

Oliver POS is a deep product. A typical install touches WordPress, WooCommerce, payment gateways, receipt printers, and a handful of merchant-specific customisations. Most retailers want help with at least one of those pieces.

The Oliver Expert program exists to connect those merchants with certified agencies and freelancers who can do the work. Experts go through a short technical certification covering installation, hardware fit-out, payment configuration, and the most common WooCommerce customisations. Once certified, you're listed in the partner directory and receive lead routing from merchants in your region.

What experts typically do

  • Install Oliver POS on a merchant's existing WooCommerce store
  • Configure payment gateways and reconcile with the merchant's acquirer
  • Fit out receipt printers, scanners, cash drawers, and customer-facing displays
  • Migrate from Shopify POS, Square, Lightspeed, or other POS platforms
  • Build custom Oliver Apps for merchant-specific workflows
  • Train staff and run a launch day on-site

We bill the merchant for the Oliver licence; you bill the merchant for the implementation work. Oliver doesn't take a cut and doesn't set your rates.

Experts pass a technical certification on Oliver, demonstrate WooCommerce fluency, and have shipped Oliver in at least one production shop. Merchants find experts through the partner directory and direct lead routing.
How do I find an Oliver Expert near me?
Email partners@oliverpos.com with your country and a sentence about your project. We'll route you to the closest certified expert who handles your kind of work — installation, customisation, migration from another POS, or hardware deployment.
How do I become an Oliver Expert?
Apply via partners@oliverpos.com with a short intro about your agency, the WooCommerce work you've shipped, and any POS or retail experience. We run a short technical certification, then list you in the directory.
Is there a fee to be a partner?
No. The Oliver Expert program is free to join. We share leads from merchants who need installation or customisation help, you bill the merchant directly for the work, and we don't take a cut.
What about payment processor partnerships?
If you run a payment processor with a WooCommerce gateway plugin, Oliver already supports it — the in-POS browser checkout opens any WooCommerce gateway with no extra integration work. Get in touch at partners@oliverpos.com if you'd like to be featured in the integrations directory or co-market.
