What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. This policy uses "cookies" as shorthand for all of them.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the site and the Hub to function: authentication, security, load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.

Preferences. Remember your settings (language, dark mode, dismissed banners). You can clear them at any time from your browser.

Analytics. Anonymous usage analytics so we can measure what works on the site and in the Hub (page views, button clicks, error rates). We use Plausible and PostHog. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.

Marketing. A small set of marketing cookies on oliverpos.com only — used to measure ad campaign performance and to retarget visitors who didn't sign up. You can opt out below. Not present in the Hub or register.

How to opt out

Use the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or your browser's settings. We honour the "Global Privacy Control" signal where you have it enabled.

Third-party cookies

We use cookies from these third parties: Plausible (analytics), PostHog (analytics), Intercom (support chat), Stripe (only on the checkout flow). Each has its own cookie policy.

Changes

We update this policy when our cookie use changes. Material changes are announced on the site.
