Hardware questions, answered.

Do I have to use Oliver Pay to use this hardware?
Ang mga Stripe Terminal device (S700, WisePOS E, WisePad 3, Reader M2) ay konektado sa Stripe at kailangan ng Oliver Pay account para tumanggap ng mga card. Ang Sunmi D3 Pro ay hardware-only — i-pair ito sa anumang paraan ng pagbabayad na sinusuportahan ng Oliver, kabilang ang mga non-Stripe gateway.
Why route checkout through Stripe and not your own cart?
Mas kaunting moving parts, mas mapagkakatiwalaan. Where do you ship?
Available sa United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, Australia at New Zealand sa unang araw pa lang. Idadagdag namin ang Norway, Sweden at Denmark sa sandaling gawin din ito ng Stripe Terminal.
Can I return a device if it's not the right fit?
Oo. May 30-araw na return window para sa anumang device na hindi pa nagagamit. Ibibigay ng Stripe ang refund sa orihinal na paraan ng pagbabayad, karaniwan sa loob ng 5 business days.
What's the warranty?

I already own a terminal. Will it work with Oliver?
If it's a Stripe Terminal device, almost certainly yes — Oliver will discover it the first time you sign in. For Verifone, Pax, Ingenico or Sumup devices on other gateways, check the compatibility matrix muna.
