Windcave for WooCommerce POS

Powered through the Windcave (Payment Express) for WooCommerce plugin — install it on WordPress, configure under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, and Oliver picks it up at the register automatically.
How Windcave works with Oliver POS for WooCommerce
Windcave (the rebranded Payment Express) is the largest New Zealand-headquartered payment gateway, also widely used in Australia. Oliver POS opens Windcave's hosted page inside the in-POS browser view.
Windcave / Payment Express
Payment Express was founded in New Zealand in 1997 and rebranded to Windcave in 2020. It's the largest NZ-based payment gateway and has significant Australian and UK presence. For NZ retailers, Windcave is the default online card gateway in the same way that Moneris is for Canadian retailers.
Windcave in the Oliver POS browser view
The Windcave WooCommerce plugin opens Windcave's hosted PxPay 2 page. From the Oliver register, the cashier picks Windcave; Oliver opens the page in the in-POS browser view; the customer enters card details or taps Apple Pay/Google Pay; Windcave processes through your underlying NZ or AU acquirer; Oliver writes the WooCommerce order.
UnionPay for international tourists
Windcave includes UnionPay acceptance, which is useful for NZ and AU retailers serving Chinese tourists. From the Oliver POS, a Chinese visitor can pay with their UnionPay card directly through the in-POS browser view.
Best fit for retailers who…
Pick Windcave at the Oliver POS if you're a New Zealand or Australian retailer with an existing Windcave / Payment Express relationship, particularly if you serve international or Chinese-tourist traffic.
