Questions, answered.

If something isn't covered here, ping us — we answer every email from a real human.

What's the difference between Annual and Lifetime?
Annual means you pay each year and keep Oliver as long as you subscribe. Lifetime is a one-off payment — you own that plan forever, including every future update. If you plan to run Oliver for more than ~3 years, Lifetime pays for itself.
Do you charge per terminal or per staff member?
No extra per-terminal fees on Pro and Enterprise — run as many stations as your shop needs. Staff seats are included at each tier (1 / 3 / 15 / unlimited). Need more seats on Pro? Add them for $8/seat/month.
What about payment processing fees?
Oliver is processor-agnostic. Bring Stripe, Square, Adyen, Nets, or your local acquirer — our fees are the same either way.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Any time. Annual plans can be downgraded or cancelled at renewal. Lifetime licences never expire — if you ever need fewer features, we'll credit the difference toward a smaller plan.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Nope — self-serve onboarding is free on every plan. Enterprise customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist at no extra cost, including catalogue migration and hardware provisioning.
How does the licence cover my sites?
One licence covers one WooCommerce site. The site can run as many outlets and stations as your plan allows — but if you operate a second, separate WordPress site, that one needs its own licence.
