WooCommerce POS

The point-of-sale built for WooCommerce

Oliver POS is a native WooCommerce point-of-sale. Sell in-store, on mobile, at events, and online — from the WooCommerce store you already have.

Everything you need to sell in-person

Oliver POS is built around the way real shops work. Fast checkout, flexible payments, deep WooCommerce integration.

Two-way WooCommerce sync

Products, customers, stock, orders, and refunds sync both ways in real time. The shop floor and the online store always see the same inventory.

Why merchants pick Oliver POS for WooCommerce

Most point-of-sale systems were built before WooCommerce existed and were later retrofitted to talk to it through a plugin or a third-party connector. Sync breaks. Stock drifts. Customers exist in two places. Reports never reconcile.

Oliver POS is the opposite. It was built on top of WooCommerce from day one — your WooCommerce store is the source of truth, and the register is just another surface for it. Every product change, stock movement, customer update, and order flows through the same Woo database, in real time.

One product catalogue, one stock count

Oliver pulls your WooCommerce catalogue directly. Variants, attributes, categories, tags, prices, tax rates, shipping classes — they all appear on the register exactly as configured in Woo. Edit a product on the website and the register sees it within seconds; sell a product in-store and the website stock drops to match.

Multi-outlet without the chaos

Run multiple physical stores against one WooCommerce database. Oliver handles per-outlet inventory, transfers between outlets, and outlet-specific receipts. Reporting rolls up to the Oliver WordPress plugin so head office sees every location at a glance.

Built for the shop floor

Cashiers won't hunt for buttons. The register UX is designed for speed — keyboard-first for fast retail, touch-first for cafés and kiosks. Custom keypads, quick-product grids, barcode scanning, hold sales, parked orders, refunds, exchanges, gift cards, store credit — it's all there, and none of it needs a plugin.

Frequently asked questions

Does Oliver POS work with my existing WooCommerce store?
Yes — Oliver is a WooCommerce plugin. Install it on your store, sign into the register on any device, and start selling. There is no migration; your products, customers, and orders stay where they are.
What devices does the POS run on?
iOS 14+ iPhone or iPad and Android 10+ phones or tablets, with the same register working across all of them. Native macOS and Windows desktop apps are coming soon.
Can I take payments without buying new hardware?
Yes. Use Tap to Pay on iPhone or Android to accept contactless cards and wallets on the phone you already own. For larger setups, you can add a dedicated terminal — but it isn't required.
Does Oliver POS work offline?
Yes. The register caches the product catalogue locally and queues sales when the network drops. Transactions sync to WooCommerce automatically once you reconnect.
How does pricing work?
Oliver POS starts at $49/year for the Basic plan. The Pro plan unlocks Oliver integrations and advanced reporting. Lifetime plans are available as a one-time purchase. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can also use the Basic plan indefinitely on a single register.
