Zip (Quadpay) for WooCommerce POS
Zip's 4-instalment BNPL at the Oliver POS via the in-POS browser view.
Powered through the Zip Payment Gateway for WooCommerce plugin — install it on WordPress, configure under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, and Oliver picks it up at the register automatically.
How Zip (Quadpay) works with Oliver POS for WooCommerce
Zip (formerly Quadpay in the US) is an Australian-headquartered BNPL provider with significant US and AU footprints. Oliver POS opens the Zip hosted approval page inside the in-POS browser view via the Zip WooCommerce plugin.
Zip and Quadpay are the same product
Zip acquired Quadpay in 2020 and unified the brands under Zip. In the US, you may still see Quadpay branding; in Australia, it's Zip throughout.
Zip in the Oliver POS browser view
The Zip WooCommerce plugin opens the Zip hosted page. The cashier picks Zip on the Oliver register, Oliver opens the page in the in-POS browser view, the customer signs in (or signs up), Zip approves, and the WooCommerce order is recorded.
Where Zip fits between Klarna and Afterpay
Zip is the third major BNPL provider in Australia after Afterpay and Klarna. In the US, Zip is smaller than Affirm or Afterpay but still has meaningful adoption, particularly among customers turned down by Afterpay. Offering Zip alongside one of the big two captures BNPL traffic that would otherwise walk.
Best fit for retailers who…
Pick Zip at the Oliver POS if you already accept Afterpay or Klarna and want a second BNPL option to maximise approval rates, particularly in Australia or among younger US consumers.
